18 Subdistricts In Pandeglang Have Been Flooded For Four Days
PANDEGLANG - The Pandeglang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency, Banten, recorded 18 sub-districts from 35 sub-districts affected by flooding due to high rain intensity in four days.
Head of BPDB Pandeglang Riza Ahmad Kurniawan in Pandeglang, Thursday, said that the flood had been going on since Monday due to high rainfall.
"This is the fourth day, for floods in 18 sub-districts. But the five sub-districts have gradually receded, and the rest are still under treatment," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, December 5.
The 18 sub-districts include Cikeusik, Angsana, Bojong, Cibaliung, Cigeulis, Cisata, Labuan, Munjul Pagelaran, Pulosari, Saketi, Sindangresmi, Sobang, Sukaresmi, Panimbang, Pikung, and Menes. And the worst affected areas are in Patia and Angsana Districts.
"Meanwhile, there are five sub-districts that have begun to recede, namely Menes District, Cibaliung District, Pulosari District, Labuan District, and Cigeulis District," he said.

There are 4,432 families consisting of 15 thousand people affected by the flood, and this number is still fluctuating, because data collection continues.
There are still residents affected by the flood who survive in their respective homes. And some others chose to evacuate in Pagelaran District.
"God willing, it will recede soon, because the current weather conditions are not too high, especially tomorrow it is estimated that it will not rain," he said.
