Assets Of 2 Corruption Convicts In The AMG Iron Sand Mine Confiscated By The East Lombok Kejari
NTB - The East Lombok District Attorney (Kejari) confiscated valuable assets belonging to Po Suwandi and Rinus Adam Wakum, two convicts of corruption in the iron sand mine PT Anugrah Mitra Graha (AMG).
Head of the East Lombok Kejari Hendro Wasisto explained that the confiscation of assets belonging to corruption convicts was part of the execution of the court judge's decision.
"Because since one month the verdict has permanent legal force, the convict is unable to pay compensation for state financial losses, so we carry out the execution of the verdict in the form of tracing and confiscation of valuable assets belonging to the convict," said Hendro in East Lombok, Wednesday, December 4, confiscated by Antara.
The confiscation of assets which is part of the execution of the court judge's decision refers to Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law.
Valuable assets belonging to the convict of corruption in the iron sand mine that the prosecutor managed to confiscate were in the form of a plot of land and a building located in Ekas Buana Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency.
"One object of land and building in Ekas is now in the appraisal process of the appraisal team for further auction," he said.
