Chinese Man Arrested For 'Rose' Bangkok Student While Recording Video, Rope For BDSM Sex Confiscated

JAKARTA - Police arrested a 33-year-old Chinese man on suspicion of raping an 18-year-old student in Bangkok. This sex activity was deliberately recorded by the perpetrator.

The victim told police he met the perpetrator named Su Xing Rui, on the 6th floor of the MBK center in the Pathum Wan district on the evening of November 19.

The man acted like a tourist, speaking to him in Mandarin. The perpetrator is said to have forced sexual intercourse while being videoed.

The suspect then sent a message to the victim asking him to do it again. He decided to tell his family and report to the Phaya Thai police station.

Reported by Bangkok Post, Tuesday, December 3, the police took action. The victim was asked by the police to make an appointment to meet the perpetrator again. When communicating, the perpetrator asked the victim to invite other men together to have sex together.

An officer dressed as a wrestler then waited to meet the suspect in a hotel room in Ratchathewi district. Six other officers hid in the room, waiting for Su's arrival.

The officers came out of their hiding place and arrested him after the undercover officer signaled yes, police commander said.

Officers confiscated the perpetrator's cell phone. There were many photos of the inside of the skirt and the sex video he recorded with the other victims, and the rope he allegedly used for BDSM sexual activity.

The suspect initially denied all charges and said he was just a tourist. He was detained at the Phaya Thai police station for further investigation.
