Kesongo Blora Crater Again Sprays Up To 20 Meters Of Mud
BLORA - Kesongo or Oro-Oro Kesongo Crater in Gabusan Village, Jati District, Blora Regency, Central Java, again spewed mud with an altitude of between 8 meters and 20 meters.
"The Kesongo Crater eruption in the Kesongo Geological tourist attraction area occurred at around 04.00 WIB four bursts and one eruption at around 10:25 WIB," said the Rapid Response Team (TRC) of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Blora Regency Agung Triyono as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, December 4.
In addition to the explosion, he said, Oro-Oro Kesongo in Gabusan Village also gave rise to the smell of sulfur.
"Currently the conditions are starting to slope and there are no explosions. However, it is possible that there will be further explosions," he said.
