Elvy Sukaesih Returns To A Special Appearance At Synchronize Fest Next Year
JAKARTA - Synchronize Fest, which will celebrate its tenth edition next year, announced that Elvy Sukaesih is back for a special appearance.
If in 2021, Elvy Sukaesih celebrates 60 years of his career, in the upcoming edition, the singer, nicknamed the dangdut queen, will collaborate with Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, a Japanese Ska/jazz music group.
Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra (TSPO) has been active since 1988. This group consists of a group of reliable musicians who managed to register their names as the leading in their home country.
They had stopped by Jakarta twice, in 1992 and 2016, to celebrate appreciating the growing ska music in Indonesia in that time.
David Karto as Festival Director of Synchronize Fest said next year's edition is the peak of the Synchronize Fest celebration.
Indonesian music has also grown in the last 10 years, celebrated outside and within the country even greater than in the previous days. Everything is summarized in Synchronize Fest, which is present as the host," said David Karto, through a press release received by VOI, Tuesday, December 3.
