There Is A Fraud, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono's Kubu Asks Bawaslu To Hold A Re-voting

JAKARTA - Legal Affairs for the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono Winning Team asked the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) to hold a re-voting (PSU) at polling stations 28, Pinang Ranti, Makassar, East Jakarta.

The request was due to the discovery of dozens of ballots that were cast for the Pramono Anung-Rano Karno pair in the 2024 Jakarta Regional Head Election (Pilkada).

"We ask that Bawaslu immediately recommend the PSU (re-voting) against the TPS 28," said Deputy Head of the Legal Team for Ridwan Kamil-Suswono, Muslim Jaya Butarbutar, quoted on Saturday, November 30.

The ballot that has been cast is known to be the act of the Head of the Voting Organizing Group (KPPS).

This is considered to have violated the administrative rules contained in Article 112 of Law number 1 of 2015. On that basis, he was asked to re-vote.

"The officer has used it more than once because he has submitted 20 voting boxes, meaning that he has met the criteria for PSU in the 28 RW02 TPS area, Pinang Ranti Village, Makasar District," said Muslim.

Previously, the East Jakarta General Election Commission (KPU) dismissed the Chairman of KPPS at TPS 28 Pinang Ranti Village, Makasar, East Jakarta. The dismissal was the result of the findings of 19 ballots that were voted for the Pramono Anung-Rano Karno pair in the 2024 Pilkada.

The chairman of the KPPS is considered to have violated the code of ethics. Because, in the series of incidents, he asked the TPS's direct security officer (pamsung) to vote for an unused ballot.

"At TPS 28, Pinang Ranti Village, there was a violation of the code of ethics by the Head of KPPS and Pamsung. So, the chairman of the KPPS ordered Pamsung to vote on unused ballots," said the Head of the East Jakarta KPU Legal and Supervision Division, Rio Verieza.
