BLXST Releases Deluxe Version I'll Always Come Find You Album With Several Special Toppings
JAKARTA - Talented hip hop artist who has been nominated for the Grammy Total Awards, BLXST released a deluxe edition of its debut album 'I'll Always Come Find You'. Distributed through Red Bull Records/EVGLE, this time the album is equipped with a short musical film.
In this deluxe version there are five new songs, including the 'Make Room' in collaboration with K. Camp and DeJ Loaf. This deluxe edition expanded the reflective tone of its first album discussing the twists and turns of love and relationships, until it found a personal identity.
Produced by Grammy-winning producer Sounwave (Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé), 'Ill Always Come Find You' is Blxst's most ambitious project to date. This deluxe edition adds five new songs and a fifth half, in which BLXST still plays Birdie's character, a young man who inherited his father's driver's car service after his father's sudden death.
While Birdie's focus is on the goal ahead, she is faced with a constant reminder of the life lessons instilled by her father through the experience revealed in the back seat.
In this new album, it involves famous rappers and musicians such as Chainz 2, Offset, Washington Kamasi, Fatman Scoop, and now K. Camp, DeJ Loaf, and Bino Rideaux in its deluxe version. Each collaboration feels smoothly integrated in the storyline, as if they are characters that help Birdie face these bitter realities.
This album is a real proof of the writing skills of the song BLXST, the ability he developed thanks to growing up in Los Angeles. This led him to organize various songwriting camps and creative sessions around the world.
"Understanding myself as someone who lives in LA, I feel it is my obligation to bridge the gap and show people various flavors, culture, music, food, and fashion. This world is wide, and I think it would be crazy to limit myself to one thing alone," he said in a written broadcast received by VOI, November 28.
This deluxe edition comes at the same time as news about the BLXST donation for Education is Key, which shows that the fame and ownership of record labels did not decide on the commitment of the original South Central population to improve its community.
In collaboration with the non-profit organization, 1 dollar of each ticket sold on the 'Ill Always Come Find You' tour will be donated to provide scholarships for students in the city of BLXST, Los Angeles. In addition to scholarships, Education is Key is also active in organizing annual community events throughout LA and offering mentoring programs for high school students, with the aim of empowering and developing independence among LA teenagers as they transition to become young adults.
