Kidney Muncul, Beware Of Symptoms And The Importance Of Early Handling
Infects of fungals in the kidney or urinary tract or commonly referred to as kidney mushrooms can cause pain and have a serious impact on health according to a nephrologist.
Nephrology consultants from the PD Hinduja and MRC hospitals in India, dr. Organ Kumar Dey said that a row of fungi that can attack the kidneys includes candidas, asgollus, blastomyces, and cryptococcus.
"Tricks can be infected with fungi in various ways. The most common way is the spread of fungal infection through blood flow from other places such as the lungs. However, there is a possibility that fungal infection attacks the kidneys and causes symptoms," he said, as quoted by Antara.
Common symptoms such as the appearance of a burning feeling when urinating, pain when urinating, lower abdomen pain, and urine blood can indicate a possible urinary tract infection.
"Further investigations and clinical correlations by treating doctors can lead to the possibility and confirmation of fungal infections in the kidneys," he said.
Doctorir said the presence of yeast cells in urine or the growth of fungals in one urine specimen without any signs of infection does not always require treatment.
"However, if patients have risk factors and require some urological intervention, or have transplanted kidneys, they can undergo anti-hour treatment," he said.

Although it sounds scary, he said, kidney mushrooms can be treated with the right diagnosis and treatment. He stressed the importance of patients ensuring timely and regular follow-up with their doctors in an effort to deal with kidney mushrooms.
In addition, he said, nephrologists and infectious disease specialists must ensure adequate and complete treatment for patients to prevent failure to eradicate mold, which can lead to repeated infections.
