P Diddy's Guarantee Application Was Rejected For The Third Time

JAKARTA - P Diddy's attempt to get out of prison was again hindered by a refusal from the judge. The attorney has filed a guarantee for their client to be able to take care of his case outside of prison.

Launching Variety, the guarantee submission was rejected for the third time on Wednesday, November 27. The judge assessed that there were efforts to manipulate evidence and witnesses so as to prohibit P Diddy from communicating with third parties.

Judge Arun Subramanian made the decision after hearing a statement related to Diddy's side in New York.

The man whose real name is Sean Combs has filed a guarantee of 50 million US dollars with his private home. He also promised his safety could be monitored and he did not interfere with investigations into his case.

The guarantee was rejected after the judge stated that there was an attempt to manipulate evidence and P Diddy contacted the witness after giving testimony last June.

The judge also explained that there was evidence that P Diddy violated the prison Bureau regulations during his pre-trial period to obscure communication with third parties. He pays other inmates to contact the people he asked for.

P Diddy also asked the family to finance a three-way call so that their communication was difficult to track. Because of the violation, the court confirmed that P Diddy violated the pretrial so that everything that was guaranteed was not necessarily realized.

Previously, US prosecutor Christine Slavik stated at the last trial, 'The defendant cannot follow the rules and cannot be trusted.'

Currently, P Diddy is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York after being arrested on September 16 for extortion, sex trafficking, and the provision of transportation for prostitution.

P Didddy pleaded not guilty on all charges and he was still in prison until his next trial in May 2025. If he is found guilty, P Didddy could face life imprisonment.
