The Expeditionary Driver With The Lalamove Who Hit A Baby To Death Was Arrested By The Police In Jakut
JAKARTA - The driver of an expedition service car with the Lalamove sticker who hit a six-month-old baby to death in the Lenteng Agung area, South Jakarta was arrested by the police.
"We arrested him in North Jakarta," said South Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Head Kompol Agung Wuryanto to reporters, Antara, Jakarta, Wednesday, November 27.
A driver hit a six-month-old baby to death and drove the expedition car against the direction on Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta on Sunday afternoon at 11.49 WIB.
Investigators have also secured surveillance camera (CCTV) footage and will be analyzed to find out the identity of the hit-and-run perpetrator. Viral CCTV footage from Instagram social media @jakarta.terkini showing the seconds of the accident until the baby died.
Dalam rekaman itu, sebuah mobil expedition yang mengangkut sejumlah barang terlihat melawan arah hingga menabrak pengendara motor. Salah satu pengendara motor tersebut membawa bayang yang masih berusia enam bulan.
After hitting the victim, the expedition car driver allegedly fled the crime scene (TKP) without providing help.
