Police Fire AKP Dadang Iskandar
JAKARTA - The Police Code of Ethics Commission or KKEP trial with alleged violators AKP Dadang Iskandar has been completed. As a result, the former Head of the South Solok Police Divisionops was sentenced to dishonorable dismissal or dismissal (PTDH).

The sanction was imposed after the KKEP trial commission examined 13 witnesses, five of whom were present in person. Meanwhile, the rest provide virtual information.
"Decided the KKEP trial with ethical sanctions, namely the behavior of violators as a disgraceful act," said Shandi.
In this case, Dadang Iskandar is suspected of violating Article 13 paragraph 1 of Government Regulation number 1 of 2023 concerning the dismissal of Polri members. Then, Article 5 paragraph 1 letter b and l of Perpol number 7 of 2022 concerning the Code of Ethics of Professionals and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.
Then, Article 8 letter c number 1 Perpol number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.

As a reminder, the police shooting police case took place at the South Solok Police Station on Friday, November 22 in the morning.
AKP Ulil Ryanti Anshari, who is the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Solok Seletan Police, was shot by AKP Dadang Iskandar who served as Head of Operations Division.
It was stated that there were 9 shots fired by AKP Dadang Iskandar. Two of them hit the temple and cheek of AKP Ulil Ryanti Anshari.
With the severe gunshot wound, AKP Ulil Ryanti Anshari died.
