The Attorney General's Office Examines The Kaligis OC In The Bribery Case Of Ronald Tannur's Free Verdict
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is examining three witnesses regarding the investigation into the alleged bribery case and the gratification of Ronald Tannur's acquittal. One of them, lawyer Otto Cornelis (OC) Kaligis.
"Checking the ROCK as a lawyer. Yes, Otto Cornelis Kaligis," said Head of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, to VOI, Monday, November 25.
However, it was not conveyed in detail about what was extracted from the famous lawyer.
During the examination which took place on Monday, November 25, investigators also examined two other witnesses.
"There were examinations of two other witnesses RBP and DA," he said.
The two witnesses were the son and wife of the suspect former Supreme Court (MA) official Zarof Ricar.
In this case, the AGO has named six suspects. Three of them are Surabaya District Court Judges, namely Erintuah Damanik, Heru Hanindyo, and Mangapul.
Then, two others namely Lisa Rachmat and former Supreme Court (MA) official Zarof Ricar.
The other one is Meirizka Widjaja. She is the mother of Ronald Tannur. In this case, her role is as a bribe financier.
