National Police Chief Sends Propam And Irwasum Handling Police Shooting Cases Police In South Solok
JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listo Sigit Prabowo ordered Propam and Itwasum Polri to examine and assist the handling of police shooting police cases at the South Solok Police Station.
In the development of arbitrary handling, it is known that AKP Dadang Iskandar has named a suspect.
"Today, the National Police Chief has ordered the Head of the Propam Division and Mr. Irwasum to tour West Sumatra (West Sumatra) in order to check and assist all police activities carried out by the police and from the regional police," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Shandi Nugroho to reporters, Monday, November 25.
The involvement of Propam and Irwasum Polri to oversee the handling of the managerial, professional, and code of ethics sectors carried out in the series of cases of police shooting the police.
In addition, a team from Bareskrim Polri was also deployed. The goal is to look further at the criminal handling and ensure whether other parties are involved in the series of cases.
"To see firsthand whether the handling from the criminal side is correct or not and who is involved in it," he said.
Later, when the supervision activities carried out by Propam and Irwasum Polri and assistants by Bareskrim have been completed, the results will be delivered soon. This is a form of transparency in handling a crime.
"As soon as possible, we will convey the results to all of our friends," said Shandi.
The police shooting police case occurred at the South Solok Police on Friday, November 22 in the morning.
AKP Ulil Ryanti Anshari, who is the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Solok Seletan Police, was shot by AKP Dadang Iskandar who served as Head of Operations Division.
