Food Prices Saturday Morning, Red Cayenne Pepper So IDR 40,430 Per Kg

JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of a number of food commodities generally rose as of Saturday (12/11) morning, red cayenne pepper to Rp40,430 per kilogram (kg).

Based on data from the Badanas Price Panel at 09.30 WIB, in general food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice rose 0.65 percent or Rp100 to Rp15,520 per kg.

Likewise, medium rice rose 0.07 percent or Rp10 to Rp13,470 per kg; while rice supply stability and food prices (SPHP) Bulog decreased 0.24 percent or Rp10 to Rp12,490 per kg.

Next, the onion commodity rose 1.79 percent or Rp690 to Rp39,300 per kg; as well as garlic rose 1.96 percent or Rp810 to Rp42,080 per kg.

Next, the price of curly red chili commodity rose 3.54 percent or Rp1,030 to Rp30,110 per kg; then red cayenne pepper also rose 2.56 percent or Rp1,010 to Rp40,430 per kg.

Furthermore, the price of pure beef fell 0.26 percent or Rp350 to Rp134,070 per kg; while broiler meat rose 1.85 percent or Rp670 to Rp36,860 per kg; then broiler eggs also rose 1.94 percent or Rp550 to Rp28,870 per kg.

Next, the price of dried soybeans (imports) was observed to increase by 0.86 percent or Rp90 to Rp10,600 per kg; then consumption sugar rose 0.61 percent or Rp110 to Rp18,060 per kg.

Furthermore, simple packaged cooking oil was observed to increase by 1.03 percent or Rp190 to Rp18,600 per kg; then bulk cooking oil fell 0.41 percent or Rp70 to Rp16,970 per kg.

Meanwhile, the price of bulk flour fell 0.59 percent or Rp60 to Rp10,040 per kg; while non-mass wheat flour fell 1.07 percent or Rp140 to Rp12,970 per kg.

Meanwhile, the price of corn at the farmer level rose 1.67 percent or Rp100 to Rp6,090 per kg; then the price of fine salt with sodium also rose 0.35 percent or Rp40 to Rp11,590 per kg.

Next, the price of convex fish was observed to increase by 1.89 percent or Rp700 to Rp37,720 per kg; tuna fish also rose 1.60 percent or Rp500 to Rp31,690 per kg; while milkfish fell 0.27 percent or Rp90 to Rp33,070 per kg.
