Mitsubishi Launches Xforce With ADAS Technology At GJAW 2024

JAKARTA - PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) inaugurated the Xforce model at the 2024 Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) event.

The latest thing in this model is the presence of the ADAS technology developed by Mitsubishi, namely Diamond Sense.

"We introduce innovations for convenience and safety at the forefront, namely XForce Ultimate with Diamond Sense," said President Director of PT MMKSI, Atsushi Kurita in a product introduction at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Friday, November 22.

The Diamond Sense technology presented by the manufacturer consists of Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Leading Car Departure Notification, Automatic High Beam, and others.

In addition, the aspects offered are almost the same as the first time that was introduced at the 2023 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS).

With a capacity of five seats, XForce presents extraordinary performance and control, accompanied by uncompromising comfort through a wide interior space, fulfilling consumer expectations and wishes.

Xforce also has a number of flagship features that will be presented in its newest SUV ahead of launch. One of the interesting features is various driving modes, such as Normal, Gravel, Wet, and Mud.

These four modes allow XForce to address various road conditions with Active Yaw Control (AYC) controls, which dynamically regulate left and right wheels, traction, tire movements, engines, and power steering.

Powered by a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder DOHC 16 machine with CVT transmission connected to the front wheel (FWD), Mitsubishi XForce is capable of generating 104 dk of power and torques reaching 141 Nm.
