Ko Apex Orang Dekat Dinar Candy Dituntut 6 Tahun Prison
JAMBI - The defendant in the case of forgery of letters or documents from barges and tugboats with the defendant Arfandi Susilo alias Ko Apex, a person close to Dinar Candy who was arrested by the Jambi Police, was sentenced to six years in prison.
Jambi District Court Public Relations Officer Suwarjo said the defendant in the trial was found guilty of violating Article 263 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code as stated in the first indictment and Article 374 of the Criminal Code for the second primary indictment.
Previously, Ko Apex was named a suspect in the case of document forgery and embezzlement in positions at the company he leads.
This case was revealed in April 2024, Ko Apex was reported by a ship entrepreneur from South Kalimantan H Nanang Rahman for allegedly embezzling barges and tagboats, causing billions of rupiah in losses.

Ko Apex was initially appointed by a businessman from South Kalimantan to become the head of his company's branch in Jambi. The suspect is believed to have managed the ownership documents of the company's ship at the Sahbandar Office and Port Authority (KSOP) Talang Duku, Jambi.
Apart from Ko Apex, the police have also named two other suspects involved in this case.
