The Attorney General's Office Examines Constitutional Court Members Regarding The Bribery And Gratification Case Of Ronald Tannur's Free Verdict

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is examining two witnesses regarding the handling of the alleged bribery case and the gratification of the defendant Ronald Tannur's acquittal. One of them is a member of the Constitutional Court or the Constitutional Court.

"Examining AL as a member of the Constitutional Court," said the Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar, to reporters, Wednesday, November 20.

During today's investigation, the statements of the Constitutional Court members were intended for the suspects Lisa Rachmat and Zarof Ricar.

Meanwhile, another witness who was being investigated was with the initials DI as a Functional for Young Experts Justice at the Judge's Behavior Supervision Bureau, which has served since October 2022 until now.

"Witness DI is being investigated for the suspect MW (Meirizka Widjaja)," he said.

It was not conveyed in detail what was investigated by the two witnesses. It is only stated that the withdrawal of the statement is to investigate the case of alleged bribery and gratification of Ronald Tannur's verdict.

"The witness examination was carried out to strengthen the evidence and complete the filing in the case," said Harli.
