Targeted By Kelar 2025, Here's The Progress Of The Patimban Access Toll Road

JAKARTA - The Patimban Access Toll Road in Subang Regency, West Java, is currently still in the construction process. This 37.05 kilometer (km) section is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN) targeted for completion by 2025.

Of the total 37.05 km long road, 22.94 km of toll road construction is the government's portion, while the remaining 14.11 km is built by the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT). The government portion is divided into four packages, namely package I along 7.69 km, package II along 6.2 km, package III along 5.5 km and Package IV along 3.55 km.

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) also conveyed the latest progress for Package IV of the toll road project.

Citing his official Instagram account @ptwijayakarya, Wednesday, November 20, the construction of the Patimban Toll Road Package IV continues to show significant progress.

"Currently, land work has reached STA 33+500 to 36+400. Meanwhile, column piers and pier heads for Interchange 2 and 3 are almost complete," explained WIKA.

On the other hand, WIKA explained that the construction of the main bridge 25 is in the process of bored pile work.

Not only that, the relocation of access roads to Patimban Port has also entered the work stage of piles and foundation layers.

According to WIKA, this project will later be useful for increasing the smooth flow of logistics and mobility in the Patimban Port area which is connected to Pantura Street and Trans Java Toll Road for the Cipali section.

"Hopefully the construction will run smoothly and be completed on time, yes," he concluded.

To note, the Patimban Access Toll Road has an investment value of IDR 5.02 trillion with a concession period of 50 years. The construction of this toll road is targeted for completion in 2025.
