Anies Hasn't Stated His Official Support, Pramono: Wait A Day Or Two

JAKARTA - Former DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan is said to have supported the candidate pair for Governor of Jakarta number 3 Pramono Anung and Rano Karno.

This refers to the two meetings between Anies and Pramono-Rano during the 2024 Pilkada campaign. However, until now, Anies has not officially expressed support for the PDIP candidate pair.

Responding to this, Pramono asked the public to wait for momentum in the next two days or before the campaign period ended to clarify the news of Anies' support.

"It's just a matter of waiting for one or two days," said Pramono when met at the Sumantri Brodjonegoro Sports Hall, South Jakarta, Wednesday, November 20.

However, Pramono does not want to reveal what momentum will occur in the next two days, including during the second grand campaign on November 23.

"It's not just a surprise, but something that many people are waiting for," said Pramono.

Former Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan again received the arrival of the candidate pair for Governor-Deputy Governor of Jakarta number 3 Pramono Anung-Rano Karno at his residence, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.

The moment of this morning and breakfast meeting was uploaded to his personal social media account, @aniesbaswedan. Anies admitted that the meeting also discussed the common perception of the idea of Jakarta's development.

"Discussing casually and equalizing the absorption of fighting steps for Jakarta residents. Ended with prayer and breakfast for Betawi uduk rice, plus soto Betawi," said Anies, Wednesday, November 20.

In the photos of the meeting received, Anies also pointed out 3 fingers as a symbol of Pramono-Rano serial number. Pramono had previously emphasized this form of support.

On November 15, Pramono-Rano previously met Anies Baswedan at Anies' residence, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. The moment of the meeting was also exhibited on his third social media account.
