Doctor Tirta: Work At The KPK Stressed, Can Cause Metabolic Syndrome

"Working at the KPK is high in stress from work pressure or external pressure and work stress is a factor, one of the main factors for making metabolic syndrome. That's my job here," Tirta told reporters.
Doctor Tirta then mentioned that there were several education provided for employees. The first is about sports.
"So controlling his work is because we know that the disease does not only appear due to metabolic, from a fast lifestyle but (also, red) work stress," he said.
He also saw sports facilities for anti-corruption commission employees. Tirta hopes that employees can carry out physical activities in the midst of their busy schedule.
"I was surprised, yes, it turned out that at the KPK building there was a basketball court, yes, badminton fields, gyms, volleyball. I hope that the KPK can hold sports sessions with the community," he said.
