The Case File For The Bribery Of The Deputy Chairperson Of The Bekasi Regency DPRD Is Complete, Delegated By The Court This Week
BEKASI - The case file for the alleged receipt of bribes or gratuities with the suspect, Deputy Chairman of the Bekasi Regency DPRD, Soleman or SL, is complete.
Head of the Intelligence Section of the Bekasi District Attorney's Office (Kejari), Samuel, said that the results of the investigation into the SL suspect's bribery case were sufficient and were given P21 status.
"Within approximately one week, he wants to be transferred to the corruption court," he said in Cikarang, Tuesday, November 19, which was confiscated by Antara.
At the same time, the attorney for the suspect SL admitted that he would submit a pretrial to the Cikarang District Court (PN) after the request for a suspension of detention was rejected by the local prosecutor.
The judge and spokesman for the Cikarang District Court, Isnandar Nasution, confirmed that the attorney for the suspect SL took the pre-trial route to examine and decide whether or not an arrest, detention or termination of the investigation was legal.
"It is true that they took pre-trial efforts, the trial was postponed and rescheduled for November 25, 2024," said Nandar.
Responding to these efforts, Samuel stated that related to the pretrial in question, the prosecutor's office had attended the agenda, but the attorney for the suspect SL was not present, so the judge decided to postpone the trial.
He also emphasized that the transfer of case files to the Corruption Court could be carried out immediately if the indictment and administration of case delegation were ready.
"So the delegation of cases to the corruption court does not have to wait for the results of the pre-trial," he said.
