Multiple Positions Of President Director Of PAL, Deputy Head Of Danantara: I Follow The Rules, Wait For The GMS
Deputy Head of the Investment Management Agency (BPI) Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara), Kaharuddin Djenod, opened his voice about concurrent positions as President Director of PT PAL Indonesia. He said he would follow the rules.
Kaharuddin said he would wait for the shareholder's decision through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
"Later, there will be time. I will follow the rules. If there is an GMS, then I will be replaced (as the main director)," he said at the Danantara office, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 19.
He emphasized that as long as there is no decision from the GMS, he will serve the two positions.
"If there is no GMS, then I will remove myself," he said.

For your information, Kaharuddin Djenod was appointed Deputy Head of Danantara to accompany Muliaman Darmansyah Hadad who was appointed as Chairman of the Danantara in the Red and White Cabinet of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka government.
Meanwhile, Danantara itself was formed by Prabowo Subianto to optimize state assets, in this case BUMN assets.
