2 Teachers Shot By KKB, Papua Police Chief Sends Brimob Personnel To Help Guard Beoga District
JAKARTA - Papua Police sent joint Brimob personnel and Nemangkawi Task Force to Beoga District, Puncak Regency, Papua. The addition of personnel to strengthen security after 2 teachers in Beoga was shot by armed criminal groups (KKB).
Papua Police Chief Irjen Mathius D. Fakhri said the Papua Police would send 1 platoon of organic Brimob to Beoga to backup Beoga police.
"We will also separate the immigrant communities helped by religious leaders in Beoga District because they see the threat from the KKB that makes people feel afraid. I am grateful to the religious leaders there who have a conscience to see educators or teachers who feel scared so they are the ones who help the security forces", Irjen Fakhiri said in a written statement, Saturday, April 10.
Actually, the indigenous people of Beoga and KKB continued Irjen Fakhiri can be distinguished. Therefore, the Papua Police also sent a team from Nemangkawi to ensure the handling of the KKB that spread the terror of shooting citizens.
