Jambret In Kemayoran Riding Satria FU, Victims And Drivers Of Ojol Difficulty Chasing
JAKARTA - A Pakistani man named Noorul Ahed Wali Ahed (60) was snatched while riding an online motorcycle taxi (ojol) on Jalan Angkasa, Gunung Sahari Selatan, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
"It happened so quickly when I was in an online motorcycle taxi (Ojol). My bag containing documents was immediately snatched. It happened on Sunday, November 17, yesterday," the victim told reporters, Monday, November 18.
For this incident, the victim reported it to the Central Jakarta Metro Police.
"I have reported it to the Central Jakarta Metro Police," he said.
Meanwhile, according to the victim's confession, the perpetrator was driving a Suzuki Satria F motorbike with license plate number F in the Bogor area.
The victim and the ojol driver had time to chase the perpetrator but were not overtaken because the speed of the motorbike he was riding was not proportional to the perpetrator's motorbike.
"I had a chase, but I didn't hit it. Moreover, the motorbike I was riding was not worth it," he said.
The victim lost three passports, 10 Independent Cash Pavilion Cards (ATM) and three company documents.
"I hope the police can catch the perpetrators," he said.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Muhammad Firdaus, confirmed that a robbery incident befell foreign nationals (foreigners).
"The perpetrator was caught on CCTV and we are in pursuit," he said.
