How Midea Brings It Closer To Consumers
JAKARTA - A household appliances company, Midea Electronics Indonesia seeks to get closer to consumers by giving a holiday gift to the UK in the "Midea Buy.Win.Fly 2.0" program.
In the program, nine winners received various prizes, including three grand prize winners to England, a home package worth IDR 10 million for three winners, and a home package worth IDR 5 million for the other three winners.
Head of Marketing Midea Electronics Indonesia Hafizh Maulana stated that the program is expected to give an unforgettable impression to Midea customers.
With this program, Midea wants to provide more than just quality products to customers. We also want to provide a lifelong experience," said Hafizh Maulana as quoted by ANTARA.
He said consumers who get a prize to England will watch the Manchester City versus Nottingham Forest football match on December 4, 2024 at the Etihad Stadium. This is a form of collaboration between Midea and Manchester City until 2027.
"Conserving matches at the Etihad Stadium and exploring the wonders of England will be a unique experience that Midea loyal customers can get," continued Hafizh.
He explained that the winners were Midea consumers who bought any products during the period from June 1 to August 31, 2024. The consumers were then drawn fairly and transparently to determine the winner.

"I was very happy and never thought I would win a trip to England, let alone see Manchester City headquarters. This is a dream come true," said Hepiliana, one of the winners of the trip to England at a release event in Jakarta, Thursday.
The three winners did not go alone, but were allowed to bring one of their colleagues for each winner, and were accompanied by one representative from Midea. Thus, seven people were flown to England.
Winners and assistants will depart on December 2 and return on December 8, 2024. Manchester will be the first destination for a visit to England, then to London to visit Oxford City Tour, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and others.
