Commissioners And Directors Of PTRO Compact Add Ownership Of Up To 254 Thousand Shares At Top Price

JAKARTA - Since last weekend, the management of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) seems to have compactly carried out a series of transactions to purchase the Company's shares, which have so far been in a short and long-term upward trend.

Based on an official statement from Petrosea reported in South Tangerang dated November 14, 2024, PTRO Commissioner Erwin Ciputra has purchased 174 shares of the Company for IDR 18,152 and IDR 18,580 per share.

The implementation of the purchase of Ordinary Shares with the aim of direct investment was carried out on November 8, 2024 and November 11, 2024. With the PTRO share buying, Erwin's ownership in the Company currently reaches 625,400 shares or equivalent to 0.062 percent.

PTRO's Corporate Secretary, Anto Broto, in his report to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) confirmed that Erwin's share purchase transaction was not a repurchase agreement (repo) transaction.

Purchase of PTRO shares by the Company's management was also carried out by the Director of Petrosea, Kartika Hendrawan, who increased his collection by 80,000 Ordinary Shares. This transaction is also an investment with direct ownership and is not a repo transaction.

The purchase of PTRO shares which are currently on the short and long term strengthening route was carried out by Kartika on November 11, 2024 and November 12, 2024, with a purchase price of Rp. 19,175 and Rp. 19,524 per share. Thus, currently its ownership in Petrosea is 168,800 shares or equivalent to 0.0167 percent.

Please note, in the last month the stock price of PTRO has jumped 29.67 percent, after yesterday's closing trading ended at the level of 18,575. Meanwhile, for the past year, bullish stock prices have soared by 253.81 percent (year-to-date).
