Ferry Irawan Absent, Venna Melinda Divorce Session Postponed 2 Weeks
JAKARTA - Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan's divorce trial is scheduled again today, Thursday, November 14 at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA).
Venna Melinda's attorney, Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, said that at this trial he only handed over some administrative matters.
"The latest case number is 3714 of 2024, we are proposing a bug again from Mbak Vena Melinda. So today is the first trial whose agenda is to deliver administratively first," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno after the trial, Thursday, November 14.
Kris emphasized that Ferry Irawan's appropriate summons had been sent by the court after his address was not found twice.

"So regarding the official submission of the lawsuit, the administration of the advocate continued, and it was also conveyed earlier that the call was appropriate, the call had arrived and was received by the person concerned," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno.
Then because the defendant alias Ferry Irawan was not present, the panel of judges decided to postpone the trial of Venna and Ferry for 2 weeks.
"Then because the defendant was not present, the panel of judges postponed the trial until the 28th, so two weeks later. So today's trial agenda is only that. So it will be called again, on the 28th," he added.
Kris explained that if Ferry Irawan was not present again, the trial would immediately enter the evidentiary stage.
"So if the 28th is not present again, usually the judge will go directly to the proof program," he said.
