Kumamoto Japan Masters 2024: Mixed Doubles Also Sold Out
JAKARTA The mixed doubles number also ran out of representatives at the 2024 Japanese Kumamoto Masters after two pairs who played in the second half today, November 14, 2024, both fell.
Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari first died through rubber games 21-18, 22-24, and 10-21 when they met representatives of Malaysia, Hoo Pang Ron/Cheng Su Yin.
Pitha said that she had not been able to give her best in this match, especially in the deciding game.

This is their successive defeat in the second half after the same thing happened at the Denmark Open 2024 in October.
Last year when they appeared at the Kumamoto Japan Masters, their journey only reached the second half. At that time, they were beaten by South Korean doubles, Seo Seung-jae/Chae Yu-jung.
"We are still grateful for what we can go through and achieve this year. Next year we don't know what it will be like," said Rinov.
Another mixed doubles that came home today were Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati. The pair were beaten by representatives of Japan, Hiroki Midorikawa/Natsu Saito.
