Covering In Camouflage, BYD Denza D9 Wara-wiri On Jalan Jakarta

JAKARTA - The presence of the luxury Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) electric car BYD Denza D9 in Indonesia is increasingly visible, the evidence is starting to spread on the road.

From VOI's monitoring on the Instagram page @indra_fathan, Thursday, November 14, an MPV of electricity was caught on camera, which is suspected to be the Denza D9 model.

The electric car that has a bongsor body looks still shrouded in camouflage, but when viewed in more detail, the front and rear lights are similar to the BYD Denza D9 which was exhibited at the IIMS 2024 event last February.

"It seems that Denza D9 will soon launch in Indonesia in the near future, the evidence is already wara-wiri on Jalan Jakarta. Although it is still covered in camouflage, those who follow the development of Chinese cars will know that this is the Denza D9 unit," the tweet read.

Previously, the Head of Marketing & Communication of PT BYD Motor Indonesia, Luther Panjaitan, gave a strong signal of the presence of this model to enliven the Indonesian automotive market.

"To bring it to Indonesia is actually relatively easier than Hong Kong, but we want it to be introduced when the showroom position and seller is complete. Hopefully as soon as possible it can be present and introduced," he said some time ago.

In addition, Denza D9 has launched in several neighboring countries such as Thailand to Singapore. In the country of Gajah Putih, the model comes in two variants which are priced from 1,999,900 baht or around Rp907 million.

The all-electric MPV D9 which will be available in Thailand has a length dimension of 5,250 mm, a width of 1,960 mm, a height of 1,920 mm with a wheelbase of 3,110 mm. In design, the model is very premium and offers a luxurious impression.
