KSAU Visits China's Alutsista Exhibition To Study Defense Technology
JAKARTA - Air Force Chief of Staff (KSAU) Marshal TNI Mohamad Tonny Harjono visited the international aerospace exhibition of China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition or Zhuhai Airshow 2024 to study China's main weapon system (alutsista).
The visit took place on Tuesday, November 12. The KSAU had seen several warplanes belonging to China and several models of Chinese unmanned aircraft or drones.
Reporting from Antara, KSAU and a delegation from the Indonesian Air Force also saw combat vehicles that functioned to launch missiles.
With this activity, the Indonesian Air Force hopes to absorb knowledge about combat technology obtained to be implemented domestically.
In addition, this activity is expected to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between the Indonesian and Chinese militaries.
To note, the China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition or Zhuhai Airshow 2024 exhibition will take place from 12 November to 17 November 2024 by presenting a variety of aerospace technology and air troop performances.
