Final Trailer Released, Guna-Guna Istri Muda Film Airs Earlier
JAKARTA - The film Guna-Guna Istri Muda, which was originally scheduled to be shown in all Indonesian cinemas on November 28, has been moved up to November 27. Ahead of its screening, the Falcon Black production house released the final trailer for its latest horror film, Guna-Guna Istri Muda.
This remake of the film of the same name that was a hit in the 1970s, stars a number of top actors and actresses such as Ajasmara, Lulu Tobing, Elang El Gibran, Abidzar Al-Ghifari, Happy Salma and Donny Damara and Carissa Perusset.
The second trailer that was just released managed to make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end with an increasingly tense atmosphere. The storyline full of mystery and inner conflict between the main characters is guaranteed to keep the audience riveted in every scene.
The film Guna-Guna Istri Muda tells the story of Burhan who is captivated by a young woman named Angel. Meanwhile, his wife named Vivian, gives her blessing to Burhan to marry Angel. As time goes by, Angel continues to indulge her lust in other men. Using a shaman, Angel also tries to cast a spell so that she can kill Burhan and Vivian. Angel's greed wants to control all of Burhan's wealth.
Playing the character of Burhan, Ajasmara admitted to being nervous about the presence of the final trailer of this film. "My impression is definitely happy, but also nervous because this film will be launched soon and I'm really curious about the feedback from the audience of this film. What I'm really happy about is the production process because it takes so much energy and all the people who join this film really try to give their best, so that this film will be maximized when watched later," he said.
Anjasmara's co-star, Lulu Tobing also admitted that she really enjoyed filming the film Guna-Guna Istri Muda. "The character I play this time is very different from my previous roles. I hope the audience can feel the emotions I feel when playing this character," she explained. Meanwhile, Carissa Perusset who plays the role of the homewrecker admitted that being involved in this film was a very valuable experience for her. "This is a very valuable experience for me. I learned a lot from the seniors involved in this film. Hopefully this film can be well received by the audience," she explained.
