The National Police Chief Chooses Brigadier General Cahyono Wibowo As Head Of Kortas Corruption
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo appointed Brigadier General Cahyono Wibowo to serve as Head of the Corruption Eradication Corps (Kosis Tipikor) of the National Police.
Brigadier General Cahyono Wibowo is previously known to have served as Director of Corruption Crimes (Dirtipidkor) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
The appointment was stated in a telegram numbered: ST/2517/XI/KEP./2024.
"Kakortas Tipidkor Brigadier General Cahyono Wibowo," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Shandi Nugroho to reporters, Tuesday, November 12.
In the ST, there are several other names that have also been transferred to new positions. For example, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo who was appointed as the Inspector of General Supervision (Irwasum) of the National Police.
Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo replaces Komjen Ahmad Dofiri who was appointed as Deputy Chief of Police.
"Irwasum Polri Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo," he said.
In addition, the National Police Chief also appointed Brigadier General (Brigjen) Rosyanto Yudha Hermawan as South Kalimantan Police Chief.

Previously, the South Police Chief was appointed by Inspector General Winarto who is now transferred as a high-ranking officer of the National Police's Baintelkam in an assignment to the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).
Meanwhile, in the ST there are 55 personnel who have been transferred, both at the Police Headquarters level and Polda ranks.
"A total of 55 personnel have been rotated," said Shandi.
