The Attorney General's Office Plans To Move The Detention Of Ronald Tannur's Mother To Jakarta
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) plans to transfer the detention of Merizka Widjaja, a suspect in the alleged bribery of Ronald Tannur's acquittal to Jakarta.
Meirizka Widjaja is the mother of Ronald Tannur who was detained in the Surabaya Class 1 detention center at the East Java High Prosecutor's Office.
"It is still a plan (to transfer the detention)," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar to VOI, Tuesday, November 12.
The reason behind the plan to transfer detention, said Harli, is that the examination process for Merizka Widjaja is more efficient.
It is known that Meirizka Widjaja's statement was needed to further reveal the role of another suspect, Lisa Rachmat.
"Yes, for the effectiveness of the investigation," said Harli.
