Gibran Reviewed The Vice President's Report Service

JAKARTGA - Vice President (Vice President) Gibran Rakabuming Raka directly inspected the "Report Mas Vice President" service at the Vice Presidential Palace.

As reported by ANTARA, Gibran arrived at the Vice President's Palace at around 11.10 WIB, Tuesday, November 12.

Gibran previously chaired a meeting to handle the eruption of Mount Lewotobi Laki, Flores, NTT, at the office of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Jakarta.

As soon as he arrived at the Vice Presidential Palace complex, Gibran was seen directly entering the Public Complaints Post which was opened in the building behind the Vice Presidential Palace.

Vice President Gibran seemed to greet the residents who were reporting.

The public complaint service "Lapor Mas Vice President" initiated by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka opened on Monday (11/11).

Deputy for Administration of the Vice Presidential Secretariat Sapto Harjono previously said Vice President Gibran wanted periodic reports related to complaints from residents received by the Vice Presidential Secretariat team.

"He really needs a daily, monthly report recap, we will report it. Hopefully it will be his material for policy making," said Sapto.

Sapto said Vice President Gibran checked daily reports regularly.

According to Sapto, the complaint channel "Lapor Mas Vice President" was launched to make it easier for people to submit complaints, complaints to aspirations to the government.
