Campaign Holiday, Pramono Visits Fathers' Graves To Gus Dur

JAKARTA - Candidate for Governor of Jakarta number 3, Pramono Anung, did not carry out the Jakarta gubernatorial election campaign with blusukan and met the community today.

Taking a one-day campaign holiday, Pramono and his wife Endang Nugrahani and their daughter Hanifa Fadhila Pramana returned to their hometowns for a pilgrimage to the graves of Pramono's father and mother at the Pasarean Pendawa Cemetery, Yogyakarta.

This moment was uploaded to Pramono's Instagram account, @pramonoanungw. After sowing flowers, Pramono and his family also prayed for his parents, R. Kasbe Prajitna and Sumarni.

"Assalamualaikum, ahlal Kuburi. Mother, Father, miss your child. God willing, Pram will always develop a message from Mrs. and Father, to always carry out the mandate and maintain a good name. Al Fatihah for ladies and gentlemen," Pramono wrote, Monday, November 11.

After that, Pramono took the time to make a pilgrimage to the grave of the 4th President of the Republic of Indonesia, KH Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) in the Pesantreng Tebuireng area, Jombang, East Java.

"In addition to visiting the graves of Mr. and Mrs., today we have the opportunity to make a pilgrimage to the tomb of KH Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur), the 4th President of the Republic of Indonesia," said Pramono.

Accompanied by the Chairman of the East Java PWNU Abdul Hakim Mahfudz in his pilgrimage, Pramono admitted that he still remembers Gus Dur's teachings which once stated that humanity is far more important than politics.

"Mas Pram and Bang Doel are upright in implementing cheerful politics, especially at the end of this campaign period," said the former Cabinet Secretariat.
