Reygi Introduces Unloved As Anthem Of Heartache For Love Fighters

JAKARTA - Singer Reygi Yovantino again greeted Indonesian music lovers through the latest single entitled 'Without Being Loved'. This song is the second release in 2024, after 'Don't Be A Bidadari' which was launched last September.

Different from the previous single, Reygi brings a strong ballad feel for a single 'Unloved'. However, the story presented is still a continuation of the past.

Reygi, who is also a songwriter, said, "Without Being Loved" is inspired by the true story told by his friend.

The song started when two were approaching a woman, and had done everything in order to become her lover. But after a long time battling the woman, everything was finally in vain," Reygi said in his statement, Monday, November 11.

This song tells the story of the disappointment of the feeling of love that is one-sided, sadness where after giving everything for the sake of someone who cares, it turns out that they don't get the same reception.

Hope also arises that women who are considered 'bidadari' can be their partners. It turns out that the woman continues to return to her ex. That's the pain of loving without being loved again.

"Perhaps this story has also been experienced by many Indonesian music lovers, so it seems that this song can be a anthem of heartache for the love fighters," said Reygi.

With the release of this song, Reygi is also getting closer to the release of the album which is planned to be introduced in early 2025, with one more single to be released along with the album.

Meanwhile, Reygi's newest single, entitled 'Unloved' and other songs, can already be heard on various digital music platforms in Indonesia.
