DJI Neo Now Supports Vertical Recording, Suitable For TikTok And Reels Creators
JAKARTA DJI Neo, a small drone weighing 135 grams, was launched on September 5. Although practical and sold at a price of 199 US dollars (Rp3,115 million), this drone is many compared to Hover X1.
When compared to price, DJI Neo is superior because of the cheaper price. However, many prefer Hover X1 because of its better performance and able to overcome DJI Neo's shortcomings.
This small drone from DJI has two shortcomings that users complain about, namely drones cannot record videos vertically so that TikTok and Reels creators find it difficult. In addition, the system does not track the movement quickly.
The company appears to be aware of these two shortcomings. Therefore, they launched two fixes in the software update. DJI has added vertical video recording and increased Neo's flight speed.
Quoting from the DC Rainmaker report, the speed is now becoming much better and deserves to compete with Hover X1. Previously, drones only supported 21 kilometers per hour, but now it is 32 kilometers per hour.

With this change in speed, Neo was able to keep pace with the speed of cyclists. This small drone also flies faster when it enters tracking, much faster than the controlling mode.
Meanwhile, vertical recording mode is still limited to 1080p mode, but with 60fps support. To get this new feature, users must update the drone and Fly app installed on the phone.
