When the weather rains and wants to exercise outside, people need to wear a raincoat or coat so that the body is protected from rainwater splashes.

The raincoat or coat is also considered effective in reducing the risk of fever or rain. In addition, make sure to use comfortable shoes so as not to get injured or slip on the road due to slippery roads.

Actually, he said, people can still exercise without worrying. Because there are many sports that can be done indoors during rainy weather. For example, using a treadmill, doing muscle stretching to running in place or jumping jacks.

Another option is to go to the fitness center to do muscle strength training.

Then when the weather gets very hot, Andi advises people not to forget to bring drinking bottles to avoid dehydration or body conditions that lack fluids.

"Then if possible, the type of drink is cold. So that the body temperature does not increase due to heat stroke (heat attack). Heat stroke can occur when we exercise in hot weather," said Andi.

Another thing that needs to be prepared according to Andi is the type of healthy food that is consumed, whether vegetables or fruits and foods that contain good protein.

Healthy foods consumed, he said, can meet the body's nutritional needs. All these foods also need to be eaten clean, both from the materials used and where to eat these foods.

Andi highlighted that the sudden changing weather causes many health problems, such as the large number of puddles that cause bacteria and germs. This increases the risk of pain, so that hygiene must be maintained.

"So it's important for us to pay attention if we can eat nutritiously, healthyly, paying attention to our nutrition will be better when we have nutritious food, of course our immunity will also increase," he said.
