This Is The Payment Oasis Received For Next Year's Reunion Concert Tour

JAKARTA - Two Oasis personnel, Noel and Liam Gallagher, are said to be receiving high payments for the reunion concert tour which will begin in July 2025. So far, the band from Manchester is scheduled to appear in the United Kingdom and Ireland, North America, and Australia.

Oasis is said to be receiving a fee of around 6 million pounds or equivalent to Rp121.83 billion for one show.

However, Oasis personnel will only receive payments from every show after they finish playing.

The pair who clash will get a joint fee of 6 million for each show only after playing, said a source, citing The Sun, Thursday, November 7.

That way, Noel and Liam are estimated to have pocketed nearly 3 million pounds, equivalent to Rp. 60.95 billion. This value will be multiplied by 33 shows that have so far been announced.

Based on the above calculations, each will receive around 99 million or equivalent to IDR 2 trillion.

This value can continue to grow if Oasis announces additional schedules for their concert tours.

Gaby Cartwright as Head of Partnership at Live Music Industry Venues and Entertainment said the payment system that Oasis would receive was due to concerns about the cancellation of the tour if the two fought.

"It will be determined that no money will be given to artists until we know they will actually appear on stage, because they often fight," Cartright said.

There is so much money at stake. There are artist agents, promoters, crew, bands, public relations, labels, and management. Everyone has an interest in keeping this tour going," he added.

For information, a big dispute between Noel and Liam occurred moments before performing in Paris in 2009, which led to the disbandment of Oasis.

Their feud continued to heat up until this summer, when they announced plans for a very profitable reunion tour by 2025, with tickets sold out in a matter of minutes.
