Ministry Of Transportation: Realization Of PNBP As Of November 2024 Capai Rp10.1 Trillion
The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) has realized the target of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) of IDR 10.173 trillion as of November 1, 2024.
This amount is 97.6 percent of the total PNBP target set for 2024, which is IDR 10.418 trillion.
Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi said he was optimistic that he could achieve the target, even exceeding the target by the end of 2024.
"For the realization of the PNBP target, we are optimistic that it can be achieved up to IDR 11.4 trillion by the end of 2024 or 109.9 percent of the target set for the 2024 PNBP," he said in a Working Meeting with Commission V DPR RI, in Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, November 6.
Dudi said the largest PNBP realization came from services at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, which has realized the current position of IDR 5.06 trillion or 104.84 percent of the target.
Then, continued Dudi, continued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation which contributed PNBP Rp1.43 trillion, BPSDMP Rp1.38 trillion, Directorate General of Railways Rp1.14 trillion, and Directorate General of Land Transportation Rp1.12 trillion.
Dudi also conveyed the financial performance achievements of the Ministry of Transportation for the 2024 fiscal year. He said the realization of budget absorption was IDR 28.01 trillion as of November 1 or 61.67 percent of the 2024 budget ceiling of IDR 45.42 trillion.
"Regarding budget absorption, we have prepared an acceleration strategy to realize the 2024 budget. We will carry out 4 main strategies," he said.
Dudi explained the strategy that will be carried out by the Ministry of Transportation, namely first by accelerating the implementation of programs/activities/projects.

Then, continued Dudi, the second is by ensuring that every budget implementation process can be achieved according to the targets and applicable regulations.
The third step is to monitor the plan to withdraw funds every month and encourage payment of activity terms according to the set schedule.
"Finally, the Ministry of Transportation will continue to pay attention to and comply with the rules regarding the steps set regarding the budget," he said.
