From Tamil Nadu India, They Pray For Kamala Harris' Victory In The US Presidential Election
JAKARTA - Around the world, all eyes are on the United States elections. Hindus in southern India also prayed for Kamala Harris' victory in the US Presidential Election.
Harris is the daughter of Indian and Jamaican immigrants, her mother was born in Tamil Nadu state before moving to the US for a doctoral program.
Harris shared his childhood memories of visiting his grandfather in Chennai and talking about how his Indian heritage affected his life and career.
