Interim SIDO Dividend Around IDR 419 Billion Flows To PT Hotel Candi Baru
JAKARTA - PT Hotel Candi Baru will receive an interim dividend of IDR 419 billion from PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO).
For information, Hotel Candi Baru is the controlling shareholder of SIDO. The number they hold is 23.27 billion shares (23,278,282,442) or equivalent to 77.60 percent by the end of September 2024.
With the issue of ownership unchanged, Hotel Candi Baru is estimated to get a share of around IDR 419 billion from Sido Muncul's interim dividend distribution agenda in 2024.
As is known, PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk. (SIDO) has scheduled the distribution of interim dividends with cum date which falls today, Monday 4 November. The amount of dividends to be distributed is IDR 540 billion or IDR 18 per share.
The Sido Muncul Board of Directors explained that the distribution of interim dividends was the result of a board of directors' decision approved by the board of commissioners on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
"The company will distribute an interim cash dividend of Rp. 18 per share for the 2024 financial year (period 1 January - 30 June 2024)," wrote the explanation of SIDO's directors in an information disclosure, last Friday, October 25.
The SIDO Board of Directors said that the interim dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the shareholder register on November 6, 2024 until 16.00 WIB.
Quoting RTI Infokom, the number of outstanding shares of SIDO reached 30 billion shares by the end of September 2024. This means that with an interim dividend of Rp. 18 per share, the company will spend Rp. 540 billion for dividend payments.

For information, SIDO recorded a net profit of IDR 778.11 billion until the third quarter of 2024. This achievement increased 33 percent from the same period last year, which was IDR 586.57 billion.
Launching SIDO's financial report at the end of September 2024, the producer of Tolak Angin posted net sales of IDR 2.62 trillion or grew 11.42 percent compared to the realization in the third quarter of 2023 which reached IDR 2.36 trillion.
