Residents Affected By The Construction Of Nusantara IKN Airport Get Growing Plant Replacement Land
JAKARTA - The Land Bank Agency is given a mandate to provide a minimum of 30 percent of land for agrarian reform to the community.
Agrarian reforms above the HPL of the Land Bank Agency are not just sharing land or certificates, but creating social justice in the form of agrarian justice and community welfare.
Since the implementation of agrarian reforms was accelerated in the inaugural year of the Government of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, it has been mandated that all beneficiaries must optimally and productively manage the land of agrarian reform objects (TORA).
The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN has also determined the allocation of TORA at the HPL of the Land Bank Agency, Penajam Paser Utara (PPU), East Kalimantan, covering an area of 1,873 hectares (ha).
"This is an obligation that we must fulfill as an extension of the government's hand in the agrarian field, not just a promise. We want the beneficiaries to be optimal in managing TORA," said Head of the Tanah Bank Agency Parman Natamatmadja in a written statement, quoted Monday, November 4.
Parman said that the implementation of agrarian reforms on the HPL of the Land Bank Agency has now entered the final stage.
His party collaborated with the Ministry of ATR/BPN and GTRA to continue to accelerate.
"The stage is a little more before the certificate will be issued," he said.
The implementation of agrarian reforms on the HPL of the Land Bank Agency will be carried out in several stages, which stage I will target people affected by the construction of IKN Airport and the IKN toll road section 5B, covering a total area of approximately 400 ha.
The people affected by IKN Airport not only receive land, but also planting replacements grow through a social impact handling scheme (PDSK) carried out by the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) from the land side and the Ministry of Public Works (PU) from the air side.
One of the people who have received planting compensation grew as well as a potential subject to the RA recipient of the Bank Tanah Agency, Harto said he was happy and satisfied with the solution from the Land Bank Agency, the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Public Works. He has received a growth compensation of Rp357 million.
"Initially it circulated that there was no compensation, basically it wanted to be taken. After the process was running, there was news from the Land Bank Agency that there was a replacement for land and planting grew. Finally we received it," he said.
Harto said that the initial presence of the Land Bank Agency had drawn protests from the public.
However, he continued, the routine socialization carried out by the Land Bank Agency to the community yielded positive results.
"I was worried, but because there was socialization, we finally understood. That the community gardens will be returned to the community. Since the beginning, the Land Bank Entrance Agency has been (socialization)," he said.
In line with Harto, another resident named Eko hopes that in the future the presence of the Land Bank Agency together with other stakeholders can further advance wage recipient workers (PPU).
"Alhamdulillah, I'm happy (to accept the replacement of growing crops). I didn't expect our land to become IKN Airport. We in Gersik, Jenebora and Lango Beach villages to be happy. Didn't expect, here it will be used as an airport, made into a city," he said.

Eko admitted that he received compensation for growing crops of around Rp. 40 million.
He has partly used the money for his son's education costs and also given it to his wife.
He believes that the presence of the Land Bank Agency can truly realize justice and certainty of land rights for the community.
"Later we will be here. Right, in the future it will be for the children and grandchildren as well. If the compensation is completely lost, it will have no land. The land will be more expensive," he explained.
