Best Friend reveal Dina Mariana's struggle against uterine wall cancer
JAKARTA - Dina Mariana died at the age of 59 on Sunday, November 3 at 14:22 WIB. The singer, who started her career in the 1970s, is known to have had uterine wall cancer for recent years.
Inong Mutia, Dina Mariana's best friend since high school, revealed how the struggle of the deceased was to endure the pain caused by cancer.
He admitted that he visited Dina at the hospital last Wednesday, and mentioned how it would be better to complain about the incredible pain.
"On Wednesday, I was still meeting (at the hospital). We ate together," said Inong Mutia at Pancoran Mas, Depok, Sunday night.
"He's really complaining of pain, the pain is already extraordinary. If I find him, he's definitely crying," he continued.
Inong said that Dina had been suffering from uterine cancer three years ago. A medical procedure has been implemented, but the spread of cancer cannot be overcome, until she finally returned to the Creator.

For information, Dina Mariana started her journey in the entertainment world by becoming a child singer.
He still continues to sing by producing 35 albums throughout his career. His last album, Nuansa Cinta, was released on September 2, 2008.
Apart from the world of singing, Dina is also active in acting. He is noted to have starred in 21 feature films and several soap operas. His last film, 'Small Malays', aired in 2015.
