The Cure Brings Songs Of A Lost World Album To A Special Concert In London
The 16-year wait for The Cure fans finally paid off through the album 'Songs Of A Lost World' which was officially released on Friday, November 1. In the celebration of the 14th album, The Cure also held a special concert in London, England. Robert Smith cs performed the entire song from their new album and then broadcast it via YouTube.

In the show, Robert Smith (vocals, guitars), Simon Gallup (bass, keyboards), Roger O'Donnell (keyboards), Perry Bamonte (guitar, bass, keyboards), Reeves Gabrels (guitar, bass), and Jason Cooper (drums) opened by playing "Alone".
Smith called 'Alone' a song that spurred The Cure to complete a long-prepared recording. All songs on the album 'Songs Of A Lost World' are performed one by one, including "I Can Never Say Goodbye", which was written in response to Richard's death, Robert Smith's older brother.

The show itself lasted three hours, the British rock band also played favorite fan songs from the previous 13 albums, such as "Close To Me" and "Just Like Heaven".
Several surprises were also presented, Robert Smith cs celebrating 45 years since the release of their second album, 'Eventeen Seconds'. Songs that were rarely performed before were also played, such as "Secrets", "M", and "A Forest".
In the encore section, The Cure performed the happiest for its fans, playing hits such as Lullaby, Friday Im in Love, Close to Me, Why Can't I Be You? and Boys Don't Cry.
