Jetour Starts Production Of The First Two Cars In Bekasi
JAKARTA - The automotive manufacturer from China, Jetour has officially started local production of its first two car models at the Bekasi factory.
The two SUVs are the first models Jetour brought to the Indonesian market and were introduced at Indonesia's largest automotive exhibition, GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024 last July.
"This is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to contribute to the development of the automotive industry in Indonesia, by presenting high-quality products that are in accordance with consumer needs," said President Director of PT Jetour Motor Indonesia

In a press conference in early October, Jetour announced the Jetour Dashing model sold for IDR 389.8 million per unit and the X70 Plus model for IDR 414.8 million.
This figure is the price on the road (OTR) in Jakarta and specifically for the pre-order period in October and November 2024.
Although the first two models are still fueled by gasoline, Jetour plans to bring a more environmentally friendly line of hybrid vehicles and electric cars to the Indonesian market.
