BRIN: Free Nutrition Eating Program Will Increase The Focus Of Learning Indonesian Children

Previously, the Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana ensured that there were nutritionists who monitored the proportion of nutrition to menu choices for free nutritious eating programs in each service unit.

"It should be noted that in every service unit, we require nutritionists who are educated in higher education, and they already understand the standards of the proportion of nutrition for children, be it for toddlers, PAUD, SD, to SMA, they know the nutritional composition," he said.

Dadan emphasized that the nutritionists not only stop at monitoring the nutritional content of each food, but also ensure that the food menu provided is in accordance with the target taste in each region.

"They will also see how children like in the regions, so that the menus made in the service units are not made simply by nutritionists, but also see and review how much children like these foods, because we hope that the food is really eaten, not redundant, then thrown away," said Dadan Hindayana.
