The Ara-style House construction program is called the Mutual Cooperation Movement to Build a House for the People.
Ara said the land was a grant from PT Bumi Samboro Sukses which partly belonged to him.
"So some of the land belongs to the Minister, some have companies. As ministers, we must set an example of mutual cooperation," said Ara in a written statement, Friday, November 1.
There will be 250 units of type 36 houses to be built there. The construction will be carried out by Agung Sedayu and then distributed free of charge to people in need.
"The selection and criteria for prospective recipients are in the process as development progresses, there must be a lot of enthusiasts. For that, I order that the prospective recipients must know the field with strict criteria," he said.
Meanwhile, Sugianto Kusuma or Aguan as the President Director of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) as well as CEO Agung Sedayu Group who will be involved in building the free house said that his party always supports government programs to build houses for the small people.
"We, the Agung Sedayu group, have helped build around 6,800 houses for the people.
