Called Bang Si Hyuk, Zico Claims Never Read HYBE Documents
JAKARTA - Singer and CEO of KOZ Entertainment, Zico opened his voice regarding HYBE's latest report involving his name.
Previously, the National Assembly conducted an audit of the touristism, culture and sports committee on October 24. During the meeting, it was revealed that HYBE had a report on the music industry that talked about artists from other agencies totaling 18 thousand pages.
This document discusses artists starting from appearances, various unclear rumors, as well as their plans to implement a viral marketing strategy. 20 pages were leaked online which caused a number of names to be dragged along.
On October 30, Hankyoreh media reported HYBE Chairman, Bang Si Hyuk ordered the company's executive to distribute the document. Kang Myung Seok, Weverse Magazine's head received an e-mail from Bang Si Hyuk containing the caption, "Please add Zico to the document recipient list." In addition, another recipient is Kim Joo Young who is the CEO of ADOR.

Zico is the CEO of KOZ Entertainment under HYBE. Zico was seen receiving the music industry report because his name was listed on the list of recipients. He found out that his name had begun to be linked to HYBE news so he opened his voice via Instagram Story.
"I can't believe this is happening... after seeing the report from today, I think it's best to talk about this so I wrote this message," Zico wrote.
"I've never seen the document in question, or ever opened the e-mail. I just found out I was added as a recipient through today's report," he said again.
Zico confirmed he had not yet opened the report by asking KOZ and they could confirm this.
"To avoid misunderstandings, I asked KOZ to verify that I haven't opened an e-mail or document yet, and they confirmed this," Zico continued.
"I hope everyone who is worried can have a quiet day today," Zico concluded.
