South Konawe Honorary Teacher Session, Witness Reveals Supriyani Forced To Confess Abuse To Police Child
The trial of the State Elementary School (SDN) 4 Baito, South Konawe Regency (Konsel) continued with the examination of witnesses who revealed the efforts of the Baito Police investigators who forced Supriyani to admit the alleged abuse of her students with the initials D (8).
The Public Prosecutor (JPU) presented five people, namely Aipda Wibowo Hasyim, the victim's father and Nur Fitriana, the victim's mother, and Siti Nuraisah, Lilis Herlina as a teacher, and the Head of SDN 4 Baito Sana Ali.
Sana Ali said that he was called by a Baito Police investigator named Jefri. The two then met at the investigator's house.
"Regarding this case, Mr. Jefri said the evidence already exists, tomorrow there will be a determination of the suspect and he will be picked up (Mrs. Supriyani)," said Sana Ali in front of the panel of judges as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 30.
He was very surprised to hear the news. He had asked investigators the reason for the quick handling of the case.
"I said why so fast. I'm fixing this problem," he said.
After that, investigators then asked to persuade Supriyani to admit her actions and be escorted to the house of the victim's parents, namely Aipda Wibowo Hasyim who is also a member of the Baito Police.
"The advice, then I approached Mrs. Supriyani. We just went to apologize at Mr. Wibowo's house," he said.
At that time, said Sana Ali, Supriyani cried because she did not know to apologize to the victim's family.
The reason Supriyani did not abuse Aipda Wibowo's child. Forcedly, Supriyani and her husband obeyed Sana Ali to meet D's parents.
When they arrived at D's parents' house, they immediately met Aipda Wibowo, and his wife Nur Fitriana.
"We come in, I convey our intentions and goals to apologize. Mr. Bowo (Wibowo) said this is what I don't like like like this. If a gentel comes alone. Mrs. Supriyani was asked while crying she confessed. However, Mr. Wibowo said I didn't want to apologize immediately, give me time to think, but the one who decided who gave birth (wife)," explained Sana Ali.
When he returned from Aipda Wibowo's house, he immediately went to the Baito Police Station to meet the investigators who directed him to meet and apologize to the victim's parents to inform them that his directive had been followed.
Not only that, Sana Ali, also tried to meet the Head of Wonua Raya Village to convey that the village head should help solve this problem.
"I also met Mr. Wonua Raya Village, asking for help is a problem because of the citizens," he said.
There Alli also said that after apologizing, the case had subsided for a few months, until the shocking news was that Supriyani had been named a suspect through a summons to Supriyani.
On the other hand, continued Sana Ali, Jefri as the investigator who handled this case changed duties after Mrs. Supriyani was named a suspect.
"Mr. Jefri moved to be handled by new investigators. But in the examination I said that when I finished with Mrs. Supriyani, she apologized. But suddenly there was a call from Mrs. Supriyani called by the Prosecutor. Until finally she was detained," he explained.
